Counterfeit goods, abysmal service and absolutely no aftercare.

I would never, ever use this pathetic excuse for a company again.

Ordered an 'Official' HTC Desire battery from them on 26/05/11.

When it arrived, the outer covering was very poorly applied, and seemed slightly over-sized. It was a tigth squeeze to get into my phone, and when switched on, the phone would not boot with it in.

I emailed nicecans prior to ordering an iGhost speaker for my daughters birthday last week.

I called the people at Nicecans.co.uk as I needed a set of RS170 headphones for a gift on Sunday after another website has been messing me about and never delivered on time.

Was sent counterfeit set of MA850G/A, returned them the same day and received a email from them confirming they were indeed fakes and apologizing, and a month on have yet to have a refund or replacement despite emails.

Excellent website. I was a bit wary after seeing a low price for the Sennheiser CX870. It was about £7 less than Amazon. I emailed and called nicecans and on both occaisions they were very helpful and put my mind at rest.
