Like a previous review, I searched everywhere for Professor Layton DS and the only place listed as 'in stock' was Littlewoods Direct. It told me the game would come within the next 8 weeks and when I discovered the poor reviews for the site I decided to cancel my order.

After both working for the firm in the 60's and being an agent since 1967 I was finally repaid by them 'clearing' my £150 earned commission from my account ' because' I didn't claim it within six months when they stopped paying it. I ordered a washing machine and as I was desperate paid an extra £25 for special delivery and installation. They flatly refused to deliver tomorrow (Friday - my day off) so I had to take today off as well. Their installation service is a total con.
