Although the product turned up on time and was spot on, when I checked my credit card statement I'd been overcharged by £10.00, because their system hadn't deducted my £10.00 first time customer discount, even though it appeared as though it had on my computer.

I ordered two items of clothing which were due to be delivered on separate days, in order to make things easier i asked that they both be delivered on the later day, therefore saving them a trip and money as only one delivery would have been needed. Like a previous review, I searched everywhere for Professor Layton DS and the only place listed as 'in stock' was Littlewoods Direct. It told me the game would come within the next 8 weeks and when I discovered the poor reviews for the site I decided to cancel my order.

I ordered a washing machine and as I was desperate paid an extra £25 for special delivery and installation. They flatly refused to deliver tomorrow (Friday - my day off) so I had to take today off as well. Their installation service is a total con.
