I just wanted to record my poor experience of Very in the hope that it is useful to you. They seem to be fine if everything is in stock and you have no queries, but when there is a delay with them obtaining stock or you want to know what is happening then their complete lack of care shines through. Worst website i have ever used. Advertised products as In-Stock, available to be delivered within 3 weeks. I waited over 6 weeks everytime i ordered before cancelling my product as i was told it was now Out of stock and them trying to sell me something double the price. Do don't recommend to anyone if you need it on a specific day like ordering for someones birthday.
Order was put on stop and no one got in contact so when I chased up on the day of deilvery I was told it was on stop because 'Very' was unsure if the card was stolen? very confused. I ordered a coat from Very.co.uk for £85. However, I had two promotional codes; 1 for free delivery and 1 for £30 off my first order. I entered both codes at the checkout & both were accepted. Although the product turned up on time and was spot on, when I checked my credit card statement I'd been overcharged by £10.00, because their system hadn't deducted my £10.00 first time customer discount, even though it appeared as though it had on my computer.
