DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They delivered an item to my parents address for me, and i opened it when i came back from holiday to find that it was damaged.

We informed them that day (4/5 days after receipt) but they said we had to report it within 3 days and they were not interested.

They would not even look at the item, they would not accept the reason why we were two days late (I am sure that is not even lawful, but hey!). Then they told me that because we had signed for the item that it must have been in good condition and that we had caused the damage.

The good news is that I found their supplier and their supplier have agreed to replace the item free of charge, even though they have no obligation to do so. My advice is skip these guys, once they have your money they do not care one jot, go straight to TOOLBANK.COM, they know how to treat customers.

I have also reported these clowns to Trading Standards, the Birmingham Evening Mail, Which, BBC Radio WM, Watchdog and I am currently working my way through everyone of their suppliers to tell them how they treat customers while selling their products.

I wish I could close these people down, but I will settle for telling everyone I can and letting everyone else make theirs minds up.
