Products are good, delivery was good but

Products are good, delivery was good but soon as a problem developed it was all change.The picture of the item was incorrect as was part of the description so when it arrived i thought i had the wrong item.
This could have been sorted straight away by a good bit of customer services but instead tell me that is what i ordered and decide to ignore my last two
emails but adjust there picture for the correct one ( your welcome ).
I will not be using again.
