Ordered a pair of overalls as a present

Ordered a pair of overalls as a present however they were not as shown on the website,a shocking quality nylon. I was at first interested in an exchange unfortunately it would have cost me an additional £3.03+VAT Royal mail postage. Not forgetting the additional cost for me to return the garment I considered it too expensive and not worth the risk. Tooled- up did not respond to my email and were unhelpful and unsympathetic over the phone. I would not use them again.
It is also frustrating when companies appear to cash in on customers by making them dial premium rate telephone numbers! Here is an alternative for those who feel the same as I do 0208 805 3630.
