Tried to order an extension hose and

Tried to order an extension hose and coupling, was told I didn't need the coupling by their sales dept, paid £70. Hose arrived, you've guessed it, needs a coupling, error is clearly with Tooled-up, do they care? NO. They say I have to pay carriage (£3.95)a second time! With customer service as poor as this I suggest you are very careful when ordering from these people. I won't be!
