New Draper hedge trimmer ran for 20

New Draper hedge trimmer ran for 20 minutes then a smell of burning and nothing. I returned the item only to be told that the chains had not been oiled (chains on a hedge trimmer?). I was then told that there was nothing wrong with the machime except it was clogged up and the blades had not been oiled and that it was my responsibility to pay return postage, and also postage to receive the item back. Couldn't believe what I was being told but I paid the £14.95. Machine arrived back today and is a completely different machine than the one which I returned. Complete con avoid like the plague.
