Bought a Hotpoint washer/dryer in July 2005. Has broke down every 4 months since with mulitple faults. Wasn't offered any kind of insurance when making the purchase. Bought a £500 TV. 25 days later it

Bought a £500 TV. 25 days later it developed a fault and needed to be looked at. Customer helpline took 12 minutes before a human voive came on. Engineers only come out 9 till 5, Monday to Friday. Very poor!Ended up having to take TV back ourselves and picking up replacement. 10 days with no TV!!!

Dishwasher ordered. Delivery was beyond the agreed time slot. Machine was already unpacked, utilities for installation were missing. Drivers were paid for installation service, but the installation failed. At the end I had to do it myself. Read Full Review »

My mother purchased a PSP for my 9 year

My mother purchased a PSP for my 9 year old son this Christmas. She paid an extra £45 warranty "Whatever Happens" policy.

Upon removing the charger from the plug socket the top plug pin snapped off.
