Bought a £500 TV. 25 days later it developed a fault and needed to be looked at. Customer helpline took 12 minutes before a human voive came on. Engineers only come out 9 till 5, Monday to Friday. Very poor!Ended up having to take TV back ourselves and picking up replacement. 10 days with no TV!!!

i ordered from currys in chelmsford online got three emails confirming when coming and what i had ordered, then the day before had a phone call saying what time it would be delivered, between 11-3pm, the freezer arrived at 11am no trouble at all very efficient service Read Full Review »

This is information from consumer direct that i have.Fault that i have with Samsung 40" LCD TV.If you have only used it a few times or havent had a reasonable opportunity to check it, you are probably entitled to a refund for a fault or poor discription, you may request a replacement. Ordered online goods. Process relatively easy. I choose Sunday for delivery day and I was also able to click a button stating am or pm. I chose am. Got a call a day later from "Currys Home Delivery" service stating they could not do the Sunday delivery but I could have a Monday delivery.
