I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend that

I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend that anyone ever orders from currys. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a digital camera which i saw on website but had to order over phone since the website had crashed (alarm bell no 1). After being assured that the item was in stock I went ahead and placed the order. The money came out of my account the very next day. Days passed, no word on my delievery. Then 7 days after originally placing my order i got an email to say ''sorry the item that i ordered was not in stock''! The cheeky so and so's then offered an alternative model (for the same price) so I checked this alternate model out on CURRYS website and they were selling it for £70 cheaper than i had originally paid! So they wanted me to pay extra for the pleasure of having a crap alternative. I was livid. I had to complain to get my money back within two days and not seven as they first offered. I ended up ordering the camera from ebay £40 cheaper than Currys and got it the next day. Currys are an absolute joke.
