Their prices may be competitive but thats where the good news ends. Their delivery service is dreadful and their attitude to customers over the phone leaves much to be desired. I was assured that my new cooker would arrive in a morning slot only to be told on the day that it could arrive up to 6.30 pm. This is THE WORST customer service that i have ever received! I bought a brand new washing machine that when i got it home and plumbed in didn't work! I was then told by customer services in store that they 'don't do refunds!' even though on the receipt i says refunds offered within 28 days! I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend that anyone ever orders from currys. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a digital camera which i saw on website but had to order over phone since the website had crashed (alarm bell no 1). I IMPLORE ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO NEVER SHOP AT CURRYS. I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM THERE STORE, AND IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL.
