In their small print they inform you that there may be a sm
all customs charge which you have to agree too before you submit your order without knowing how much.

On my order of £38 I had to pay a whopping £14.65 this made it completely uncompetitive and I wouldnt have ordered if I had known. Whilst there is a means of claiming the vat portion ot this charge back

I am disgusted with strawberrynet i ordered perfume which cost £57 with postage i have just recieved a card from the royal mail to tell me that they couldn t deliver my perfume because there is a customs charge of £16.72 which means the cost of my perfume now has gone up to £73 i wish they had told me that when i ordered it i wouldn t have bothered. I am very pleased with my products But- Although I was made aware that there may be some import charge I was not made aware of just jow much this may be. My original order was £40 and I had to pay a futher £14.34 ! This was made up of VAT and an International Handling fee.

Iam very disappointed that once again I had to pay a very high vat tax, wwhich was on top of my bill. This makes the
