    Good site & easy to order items. My issue is with UK postal service which added £11.50 charge for handling the parcel (purchase price £20.50) which increased my costs by over 50% - as such now much more expensive than retail shops in the UK!     Had to pay duty of £15 to Royal Mail on

    Had to pay duty of £15 to Royal Mail on an item which cost just over twice that!!! NB. Strawberrynet say they will reimburse me but it s the "inconvenience".
    Delivery was given as 7-10 days but actually took nearly 3 weeks!!!
    Not a good buying experience.
