Site was very easy to use and when I ordered I got the perfumes I wanted. Unfortunatly my order got stopped at customs and I had to pay a rather hefty surchage, so bang went all the savings!!!! Read Full Review »

No problems with ordering or delivery this time although it should be noted that I have refrained from buying from Strawberry Net for a while due to a problem last year.
I was charged duty and had to collect the parcel from a post office and pay the duty. This was very inconvenient as I live a good distance from any post office. I complained to Strawberry Net who apologised for not marking the p... Read Full Review »

My parcel was delayed at customs (which wasn t strawberrynets fault)and had an extra charge of £11.32 on it from the post office for duty, however, Strawberry net refunded me this cost when i told them and sent proof of the cost, very good service! Read Full Review »
