    Item took around 21 days to be delivered

    Item took around 21 days to be delivered but it was coming from a country far away. The product was packaged very well.

    I was also hit with a customs charge of £14 but Strawberry Net did return this to me when i contacted them.

    Items as expected and within the deliver time-frame, BUT, although VAT was as expected, the Royal Mail International Handling Fee, which was not identified by the sender,(is he/she expected to inform purchaser?) made the overall cost more than would have been paid using a local company.
