    when this order was placed it assured me that it would be delivered well in time for christmas, as it was a special present for our daughter. i have checked today and it was only sent yesterday from switzerland and it takes 3-4 days from clearance at customs so it will not arrive on that basis till after christmas and i could have brought the chanel from any chemists over the counter for not a lot...     Delivery took 21 days despite charge of £3 for 3-4 day deilvery . No mention that item sent from Hong Kong (without full research of website) or that goods were subject to customs charges.
