I havn t replied before, as I had not recieved the parcel beforeI went away (15th May 08) it evidently arrived on the 16th. I have just gone to collect it and there s £12-77 to pay!! Re:- Customs. I have no intention of paying this! is this normal practice or has some thing gone wrong?

i was not happy as i hat to wait far to long for my order to be sent to me .i also hat to pay a customs charge which was £20 pounds which is a lot of money i would have not ordered the goods if i knew there would have been a charge as much as that ,i will not be ordering anything again from this website again .dawn Read Full Review »

Although all aspects were good, when the actual goods arrived I was out. I had to collect from a main post office as there was duty to be paid - for a £70 order this amounted to nearly £18 which cancelled out the good prices offered. Read Full Review »
