    Delivery was longer than expected. Delivering to London I would expect a quicker delivery time than the maximum 14 days. In the end it took 16 days but maybe Xmas post slowed it down. An email to customer service said they don t guarentee it turning up, which didn t help - but it did in the end, well wrapped and just in the nick of time! Read Full Review »

    On top of an expected customs fee, I was also charged a handling fee because StrawberryNet had failed to put the correct postage on the item. And, at the end of the day, with this extra fee it turned out cheaper (and less hassle) to buy the items here in the UK! I sent 2 emails to StrawberryNet, and have yet to hear from them.     I had no reason to test the customer care department of this company as everything else was as advertised. My purchase was delivered on time despite being so close to Christmas and I could track it all the way. Bearing in mind this is one purchase, I would recommend them. Read Full Review »

    Item took a long time.
    Did not know origionally that 10% would be added for post and packing.
    Was aware that I would have to pay some duty on it but was hit with an £8 Post Office handling fee. This made the purchase overall more expensive than if I went to a local Department Store.
    Otherwise could not fault the Company and would reccommend it to the whle world. Read Full Review »
