I would recommend buying from Strawberry, if you were
sure you would not have to pay the Customs, but as I had to
pay almost £13 on a £28 order, it made it just not worth my while. I fully accept the warning was there about sometimes
having to pay the Tax and do not blame Strawberry but as

There was no way of knowing how much the

There was no way of knowing how much the shipping fee might be and suggested there wouldn t be one at the checkout and before paying but when the parcel arrived there was a £15.00 fee to pay. I think it would be helpful to know how much this might be at the time so you know what to expect. Despite this I still made a good saving on my products and would probably use this sight again in the futur... Read Full Review »

We have no intention to hide any cost which may be incurred or mislead our customers. Our policy on VAT and customs taxes is shown in the 'Customer Service' section of our website, under 'Delivery' on our Frequently Asked Questions page; during the checkout process; and on your order confirmation e-mail.

As per our policy, we will reimburse the customs duty to you. Please kindly collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail a scan of the receipt, or fax the receipt to us at 00 852 2811 5138. After we have received your receipt, we will reimburse the amount charged by crediting your credit card.

I live in London and the first few times I ordered cosmetics, the packages came without any customs charges. The prices are fatastic and there is no delivery charge. Since a couple of months though, I get charged by customs even for the smallest items. Read Full Review »
