Good site & easy to order items. My

Good site & easy to order items. My issue is with UK postal service which added £11.50 charge for handling the parcel (purchase price £20.50) which increased my costs by over 50% - as such now much more expensive than retail shops in the UK! Will not be ordering again unless this issue is addressed - this was not an import duty, but £8.00 Royal Mail handling fee plus £1.50 for something else as yet undefined (maybe VAT)- will call them to explore this - thought you should know. Jane
