In their small print they inform you that there may be a sm
all customs charge which you have to agree too before you submit your order without knowing how much.

On my order of £38 I had to pay a whopping £14.65 this made it completely uncompetitive and I wouldnt have ordered if I had known. Whilst there is a means of claiming the vat portion ot this charge back
this involves sending reciepts to Hong Kong and is all a complete pain. Have since spoken to others who have had a similar experience and I will definately not be ordering from this company again.
