I will not use you again because of two

I will not use you again because of two issues. the unessecary gift wrapping and outside packaging and the fact that the product was shipped from HK when it had obviously been shipped out from the US/UK to the Far East. This seems to be creating an unecessarily large Carbon Footprint.
