I ve given Strawberrynet overall a rather poor rating not because the service received from the website was bad - it was very good - but because of the difficulty the UK apparently has in dealing with a Hong Kong based company. I had problems ordering because the first credit card I tried to use was declined, and a hold was then put on the card - this was apparently because the card company didn t trust a transaction in Hong Kong. I have also yet to receive my purchases, more than 3 weeks after ordering, because they are currently stuck in customs (so I expect to have to pay a custom charge) - although they were sent out very quickly by Strawberrynet. It seems unfair to give Strawberrynet a bad rating for problems that aren t their fault - but the bottom line is that I probably won t be using them again.
