    I have effectively wasted £70 with hiwayhifi. My stereo had taken two weeks to arrive when they told me it would be 5 days. It was sent to Scotland when I live in London. The LCD stopped working after three weeks and they asked me to send it back and I had to pay for postage (£15 it cost me).     I have written review about this company elsewhere on the web so I suggest you look a little further. This site is a bit restricted on the length of the review so I cen't explain in detail why they are so bad. In brief, they are inredibly rude; seem to know very little about the products they sell; claim to have stock when they don't and really pass you from piller to post when you try to complain...     Excellent service -ordered Saturday and arrived Tuesday morning. Didn't need to use the track order service as were sent emails at every stage of order! (Always a good feature to have on a web site though) Very impressed - helpful staff on phone when I rang to query - good web site - easy to see what you need to do and who to contact.
