I have effectively wasted £70 with

I have effectively wasted £70 with hiwayhifi. My stereo had taken two weeks to arrive when they told me it would be 5 days. It was sent to Scotland when I live in London. The LCD stopped working after three weeks and they asked me to send it back and I had to pay for postage (£15 it cost me). The item was damaged further by the delivery and now they tell me Phillips prob. wont fix it. So they only use the manufacturers warantee, they don't have their own gaurantee! I have effectively wasted £70 with them and I have nothing to show for it. They do not behave like a reputable company over the phone and I would advise other customers to stay away from Hiway-hifi. If the item works then your fine, but if their is a problem with your item then it seems you can only cross your fingers and pray. I do not recommend anyone to use them.
