Hiwayhifi

I used this store to order a television

I used this store to order a television for my mother-in-law, not only did they fail to deliver the item on more than two occassions ( this i later discovered was done to availability ), when i phoned to find out where the tv was they were rude, put the phone down on me on more than one occassion, refused to put me through to the manager, and when i did get to speak to the manager he could give me no answers and past me on to annother sales clerk. I would never use this company again, and would advise the rest of you not to do the same.
