We emailed the the company and recieved a phone call next day from a very helpful lady and we recieved a new hob a week later. Been looking to buy a new LCD tv for a while and plumped for a Sony Bravia after reading good reviews about it.This company caught my eye with a competitive price and their flexibility on delivery.Got excellent service on the phone and no problem asking for the tv to be delivered on a specific date.Come the day and the tv turned up in the morning so I would definitely buy off this company again.

I had a minor problem with the delivery, but this was not the fault of the vendor who had despatched the item within a day of receiving the order. I would recommend this store.
Having placed my order late night on Thursday 3rd, got my confirmation email next day. On Monday 7th, I received a phone call to arrange the delivery, by 9am the following day I had the DVD recorder in my hands.
What more could you ask!!!
