Was a bit sceptical especially that Electricshop only has very few reviews. God haven`t they surprised me? I placed an order on Friday 31 October 2008 at 16:00 for a Samsung 50" Plasma TV. Yesterday Monday 3 November 2008, I got a phone call asking if they could deliver today 4th. I said it was alright. Have just got the telly. Have not tried it yet but I hope it works.

Having just received my washing machine,

Having just received my washing machine, I expected the driver to put it inside the doorway, but he refused saying he was not a removal man, so he just left it outside the front door, and it started raining heavily. I telephoned electric shop and they said I should of been informed, so they were not helpful at all. Luckily enough I called a friend to help lift it in, so if I had been on my own it... I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner on Wednesday. I choose this company because of a very keen price.
On Thursday I was contacted to check if Friday was a suitable day for delivery. This is the first time an internet company has ever asked me if delivery is convenient, normally I have to fit in with their courier.

Order was processed fairly quickly. delivery date was moved twice, delivery guys for my MayTag fridge had no product knowledge. They could not get it through the landing and when they did remove the doors to bring it through they had no idea on how to align it back again. Appalling experience.
