Having just received my washing machine,

Having just received my washing machine, I expected the driver to put it inside the doorway, but he refused saying he was not a removal man, so he just left it outside the front door, and it started raining heavily. I telephoned electric shop and they said I should of been informed, so they were not helpful at all. Luckily enough I called a friend to help lift it in, so if I had been on my own it would have been alot worse. I will not be using them again.
