I ordered this over the phone and

I ordered this over the phone and checked stock. It was in stock. I was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery. However, my delivery date has been given and it is almost 1 month after the order was placed! Not only that but they've taken my money out on the date of the order! Cheek! This really is poor customer service and I have asked for my money back which they say they'll return within 24 hours.... lets see. I've used online sites before to buy white goods but its never taken this long for delivery. Price was good... but I need the item now, not in a month from now!
