Dear sirs,

Just taken delivery of my new BWM 129 Hotpoint machine from yourselves, which arrived on the 17th recent and after a little huffing and puffing over the weekend, and pouring over the destructions, it was duly christened on Sunday afternoon,with a helping of non colourfast cottons to give it a test.

Super Silent is not the word - its fantastic ! A washing machine which is quieter than my gas cooker seems VERY strange - but true.

It also makes a change to have an electrical appliance delivered to the door by a courteous and helpful delivery driver, and without a scratch or a dent in sight, and have a full compliment of parts - and in full working order.

To say I am delighted is an understatement. I shall definitely be recommending you to friends and ordering from you again.
