Website was easy to use and placing my

Website was easy to use and placing my order was simple. Website also stated that goods were in stock and would be delivered usually in 3-5 working days - however it took 11 days for my delivery to arrive.

The website, at the time of ordering, also stated that it cost £10 to remove an old appliance - on trying to add this to my order I was told it would cost £20 because a fridge/freezer is two appliances ?? one plug, one appliance I thought? Oh well.

I was told the delivery slot was 8am to 6pm and that the driver would telephone my mobile an hour before. I rang after 4pm as the goods had not yet arrived and was told that they would be delivered that day - possibly as late as 8pm but the driver would ring an hour before. At just before 6pm the goods were delivered - no phone call beforehand so lucky I didn't pop out - and it was just one poor man (but very friendly and helpful) to deliver a fridge freezer.

When I called the suppliers one person I spoke to, as I had to change the original delivery day (day 11) to the next day (day 12) - was not particularly helpful and when I queried why delivery had taken more than the 3-5 working days, quoted by the website, it was suggested that it was my fault for changing the delivery day.

Overall not a particularly smooth transaction.
