The hob we ordered arrived when quoted

The hob we ordered arrived when quoted but unfortunately it had got damaged in transit. We emailed the the company and recieved a phone call next day from a very helpful lady and we recieved a new hob a week later. Each time we have phoned or we have been phoned the lady lady on the phone has been most polite and very helpful
