Bought an aeg washer dryer online, website indicated 'in stock', recieved an email confirming order but no delivery date, i kept phoning and after mentioning a refund it was delivered exactly one month after the order date, machine turned out to be faulty so i phoned for a replacement, only response was 'i will phone you back', same response from manufacturer, i gave up and now wait for a refund, ... They are cheap for a reason! very poor customer services. Integrity matters but not with this company. Failed to deliver, failed to call back just a horrible shopping experience. I was even lied to! Ordered a washing machine on Saturday and it arrived the next Friday.
Deliverydriver rang before attempting delivery as promised and put the new machine in the kitchen for us.
My order did not show up in my electricshop account so you cannot see its progress online and we had to ring them for a delivery date.
Significantly cheaper (£60) and in stock.

Easy to use site with reasonably good response times to queries raised via email. Don't like using an 0871 number but fortunately they have a "live chat" facility with a member of staff online who dealt with my query promptly and efficiently. Great service from the the Electricshop.com - not like a .com company at all! They were the cheapest, but I bought a clearance product at a discount which was great and cheaper still. I had confirmation emails and telephone calls from them and the product turned up ahead of time and complete.

Bought a hotpoint induction hob. Initial query was dealt with quickly.Staff very friendly. Excellent price, quick delivery.
