I’m a first time customer and I read some of the reviews on kelkoo so I was a bit cautious, but the products on the website were just what I was looking for so I went ahead and purchased an Apex Shed.     Recently purcassed some garden furniture with waltons and found them to be very helpful. I work difficult hours so could only receive the order at certain times but the customer service team were very helpful in arranging this for me. I received the order within the 5 days.     There were a few problems with their courier and a damaged box resulted in a delayed delivery but the staff were very helpful in resolving things very quickly. Not something that could be said for a lot of online retailers these days. I will definatly be a repeat customer Read Full Review »

  4. We placed an order online for a Waltons

    We placed an order online for a Waltons Marlborough Log Cabin. We were contacted by Waltons to advise of a delivery date 2days after placing the order. Unfortunatly we were unable to be in on this day. The lady at Waltons gladly re-arranged the delivery date.

    We received the building on the agreed date and was easily put together (with the help of a neighbour). The cabin looks great! Read Full Review »

  5. Unable to get hold of them despite hours

    Unable to get hold of them despite hours on the phone. Have not even rang about delivering my item and they should have delivered by now. Have sent emails - no reply. Easy enough to order but actually getting the goods or talking to somebody (unless you want to order) is virtually impossible. I now have a £20 phone bill and still no goods. Read Full Review »

    Don't bother, buy elsewhere for a little more.
    Delivery is hit and miss.
    Customer service is awful, you wait 20 minutes to speak to someone on the phone.
    Missing parts are common then they take ages to replace them. Its quicker to send the whole lot back and re-order again than wait for the missing item.
    Avoid Wilkinsons - they use Waltons to supply and deliver garden buildings, etc. Read Full Review »

    I ordered this on Tuesday 11th May 2008, expecting delivery within 5 working days and to be contacted in 48 to 72 hours as advertised on their web site. My Aunt who was looking after our house received a phone call from a member of your staff on Monday 19th asking to speak to me.
