    Found electrosaver through kekloo. They had the best price on a sony lcd tv, and matching dvd recorder. I was called about delivery, and asked for a friday delivery.

They kept fobbing me off with stories of delays, whilsts still having my money. So I cancelled it over the phone and they assured me of a refund. Ordered a PS3 online as it seemed a good price (although I wasn't made aware it was out of stock), company contacted me with a delivery date and that was the end of the customer service.
