    Very easy to order goods and they were delivered as arranged and in good time. However, this good service is let down very badly indeed by extremely poor and belligerent customer care.

    Although I ordered my dishwasher through Boots Kitchen Appliances it was dealt with by DRL Ltd. What a mistake for Boots to allow this company to destroy their brand equity.

An email to confirm the order, an email a day later to confirm the delivery date, a phone call the day before to confirm the delivery the next day and then a call 15 minutes before the delivery on the day that they were on the way.     Unreliable delivery. Their website promises that the driver will phone to confirm delivery is on its way - this did not happen and the goods were not delivered in the delivery slot. Customer services were contacted and said that they would phone back to inform me what was happening. They didn't. I had to cancel my arrangements and wait and see.
