    My Canon 850IS camera did not come with any manual. The box was complete, even a 'proper' sticker on the box cover. However, the item was probably opened by Camerabox, and the manual not included. Despite informing them via phone and email several times, it has been 3 months, and still no manual was sent to me.     The initial ordering and delivery of the camera was fine, but once a fault developed and the camera returned, the after sales service was APPALLING. They quoted 2 weeks for repair.
