  5. Dire. They sold me a product they did

    Dire. They sold me a product they did not stock and neither did their supplier. They debited my credit card and did not return calls. After 5 weeks waiting for a washing machine they said I had to wait another four. Everything was always someone else's fault - including mine.

    The staff seem very similar to those in a car dealership or an estate agent. Avoid like the plague. Read Full Review »
