There were not enough staff in the shop

There were not enough staff in the shop and the person who served me seemed to have a distinct lack of training as he continuously needed to ask his collegues for help, who themselves seemed a little lost when it came to sharing information.
Eventually I got what I wanted though I was a little concerned that when I got my new phone something wouldn't work,to be fair,all is well. Read Full Review »

It was my first visit to this O2 store and I would definately return. The staff were very helpful and polite, it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble. They showed me several phones and helped me to make the right decision. Doing the contract was easy, they ensured that I knew what I was signing and asked if I had any questions. After a recent visit to this store i was delighted with the customer service i recieved. The Advisor was very polite and showed me all the different things the phone did in great detail. They explained everything to me fully and i felt they really understood my needs. I have shopped here before and have always recieved the same exeptional service. I would highly recommend this shop!
