Can't fault the prices, customer

Can't fault the prices, customer service or delivery at all BUT the products are sometimes not quite what you expect. I bought a bathroom towel heater which was a good price and included free valves. However, the valves were ordinary radiator valves and not the nice ones you expect to see on a chrome towel radiator so I had to spend another £30 to buy some good ones. The fixings to the wall... Warning. When buying Erbauer tools you

Warning.
When buying Erbauer tools you do get a 2year guarantee but beware if the machine packs up after that screwfix tell me that you cannot get spare parts as they are made in the Far East and they have no contact details to give you.As screwfix is the sole importer of erbauer tools this is diabolical.Erbauer tools in the scewfix catalogue go up to £999 but after 2 years if it breaks d... Bought a Erbauer ERB905D 3mm Planer from

Bought a Erbauer ERB905D 3mm Planer from Screw Fix on 9th June, 2006. After getting this planer home, I put a straight edge across the base plate. There is a 0.6mm gap at the cutting plane (straight edge touches at the base plate at outer edges). Absolutely top notch company.

One order was sent with something I didn't request, I was told to keep the item free of charge. Another time a tool broke after 12 weeks use, I received a repacement at 8:15am the next day with no quibble.
