What a crap company! I used dabs before BT took over and it was great but now, well I placed an order for a laptop and 3 days later got an email to say they are not stocking that model any more so I picked another one this time I said my card was refused contacted my bank who said no they had not refused it so I tried again still dabs said it was refused again on the phone to the bank (YES THE BAN... If you buy from Dabs, you'd better hope nothing goes wrong. After purchasing something badly described on their site I was refused a refund .

Beware the worst customer service since Sweeney Todd!
Dabs sent me a DVD player that clearly didn't power up. I have carried out their returns process precisely and they have left me waiting in for their mythical courier firm on 3 separate days. I have returns emails from Dabs confirming the pickup (to the nearest 8 hrs) but they seem to take delight in standing me up.

I have been a regular though infrequent customer of Dabs for seven years and have never had any problems with them. Though the removal of telephone customer support when BT took over (bizarre!) was a worry, the prices they charge on some items are very low and, at that price, I've been prepared to take the risk that customer service might be poor. I had heard good things about DABS so i thought i would give them a try big big big mistake you try get anything done if something goes wrong, gave me a rma returns number no probs promised to pick up goods still waiting having to take 2 days off work and still no joy and forget about emailing them they just blank you but yes they keep your money a complete waste of time. Don’t order from this company as they have no telephone support and the live chat just fob you off, emails take days to answer, i ordered a Samsung pebble monitor and received the the rubbish 226, its been a week trying to get this sent back and with only 9 days till Christmas im not getting it for a present now, worst company ive ever dealt...
