Exactly what I expect from a good internet company. The customer service was second to none, they helped me decide on the product to purchase and offered to place the order for me. New Draper hedge trimmer ran for 20 minutes then a smell of burning and nothing. I returned the item only to be told that the chains had not been oiled (chains on a hedge trimmer?). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They delivered an item to my parents address for me, and i opened it when i came back from holiday to find that it was damaged.

We informed them that day (4/5 days after receipt) but they said we had to report it within 3 days and they were not interested.

Faulty goods which led to me paying for the return postage to a firm which has placed customer care on the bottom rung of the ladder. Abysmal female who showed no interest whatsoever, followed by an attitude of your problem not ours.Cheaper prices can only mean a distinct lack of interest in their customers. I had no trouble with the ordering and delivery but when the item arrived it was faulty. They arranged to collect it from me which was good. Be very careful of what you order as a lot of their items descriptions are WRONG (especially Bosch).

Seems that my address proved too much for Tooled-up to deliver to, as their courier couldn't find me!
I wouldn't mind, but I live on a main road and take regular deliveries without any issue.
Customer Service saw this as my problem rather than theirs and wanted me to sort it out with their supplier!!
