      Pros: The Motorola Razr2 V9m for Alltel has a stylish design with useful controls and a gorgeous display. It offers Bluetooth, voice commands, and good call quality.

      Cons: The Motorola Razr2 V9m for Alltel lacks integrated e-mail and instant messaging applications.

      Verdict: It isn't as powerful as its Razr2 siblings, but Alltel's Razr2 V9m is still an attractive and functional cell phone.
