      Review summary: The Acer P243W is an attractive, bright 24-inch monitor with generally good performance, but it lacks multimedia features.

      Pros: Crisp, bright image. Elegant design. HDMI port.

      Cons: Lacks multimedia features. Narrow vertical viewing angle. Weak light grayscale performance.

      Verdict: The Acer P243W is an attractive 24-inch LCD monitor that delivers a bright picture. Its handling of small text is among the best I've seen. Still, other performance aspects are not so impressive, and I was disappointed by the lack of multimedia features.
