Review summary: Sony Ericsson has been selective with its Cyber-shot range and the mid-range K550i is only the third instalment. While Sony Ericsson seemingly can't stop spawning an army of Walkman phones

Pros: The camera is a cut above  most other two-megapixellers.

Cons: The battery cover creaks like the Cutty Sark, while the sliding lens cover is a little rickety.

Verdict: The K550i is an outstanding camera phone in its mid-range class

Review summary: Technisch ist es die kleine Schwester des W880i, optisch eher der große Bruder: Neben einer 2-Megapixel-Kamera mit Autofokus bietet das Cybershot-Modell K550i Quadband, Bluetooth, Radio, E-Mail, Sprachwahl sowie Sprachsteuerung.

Verdict: Optisch, haptisch und technisch kein Vergleich zum W880i, dafür aber günstiger. Trotzdem gibt es für diesen Preis sehr viel bessere Handys, die zudem ordentlich verarbeitet sind.
