How can I recognize a merchant recommended by Kelkoo?

A badge "recommended by Kelkoo" is identified with the gold K logo displayed on the merchant's site and on Merchants Recommended by Kelkoo.

What are the criteria needed to meet in order to obtain this label?

  • Merchants need to have setup the Kelkoo qualified reviews solution (More Info)
  • Merchants need to receive at least 30 Kelkoo qualified reviews
  • The merchants average rating through the Kelkoo qualified reviews solution should be 3.5 or higher out of a possible 5
  • Merchant need to have been listed on Kelkoo for more than 3 months
  • Merchants need to display clear and accurate details on the price, postage & packaging costs, the delivery conditions and the availability of the products, adhering to the Kelkoo editorial rules.
  • Merchants also need to be accredited with ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe) (More Info)
